Type with your keyboard or press the machine’s keys. Enter returns the carriage; Backspace moves without erasing; Tab jumps eight spaces.
SHIFT latches capitals. Drag the numbered carriage rail to reposition, slide the silver stops to set margins, or turn a platen knob to feed paper. Pull the sheet upward, or use PULL SHEET, then FRESH SHEET.
Fast adjacent strikes can jam. Escape frees the bars. The red/black/stencil selector changes ink; stencil leaves no ink. Finished sheets stay in this browser. Focus the machine to use Tab for typing; outside it, Tab navigates controls.
